Brake and Service World Letchworth - AA Approved

I recently serviced my Mercedes’ sprinter and Jaguar Xj6 at letchworth brakes and service. I could not be happier with the service they provided. They repaired both vehicles very quickly and at short notice. They always had a smile on there face. 5/5 I will now use them for my garage for any more needs.plus they delivered the Jaguar to my house that saved a lot of hassle.

Had my car recovered after a blow out to these guys overnight. Unphased by it being there, friendly and efficient, no problem looking after my car for 4 days whilst we waited for tyres. Fitted the tyres perfectly , moved wheels around without fuss or a charge. Can't fault them - will be using them again.

Been going to Halfords for years and they were busy so booked an MOT here. They now have my custom going forwards. Excellent customer service, very friendly people working there and a of course extremely knowledgable. Easy to book also. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely use this garage again! My car had an electrical fault which couldn’t be fixed by the AA when I called them out. The AA recommended this garage as it was AA approved and delivered my car here for repair. I kept calling for updates and they were always happy to help and let me know what was going on with my car. They explained that they knew how to fix the car and needed to order a part, they actually went to pick up this part as the wait for it to be delivered was so long! When I picked my car up they were all so friendly. I would really recommend using this garage as they are all so helpful and go above and beyond! I am really grateful for their help and to get my car back on the road so quickly.

Excellent fast service, ordered 2 new tyres at 1pm and received a call to say they were in at 5pm. Fitted first thing in the morning, nice waiting area. Highly recommended.

HONESTLY the biggest rip off merchants going. I went in with a door handle problem and needing an MOT and left with a door handle problem, and a broken window. Then a bill for near on £700, and them telling me I needed a part specially ordered from Mercedes.
I’ve just got it fixed for a total of £180 somewhere else.
Absolutely disgusted, if an older person went in with car problems they would rip them off too!!!
Horrified.

Went in for an emergency look at my wheels and tyres and did it on the same day which you don't get much anywhere else. Did it with no charge at all. They are so great.
