I had tyres fitted booked through black circles. Upon inspection, the old weights had been removed before re balancing, the wheel nuts were not over tightened and the tires were inflated to the correct psi. I am very happy with the service and would recommend

Have taken several cars here for servicing etc and have found them to be nice friendly people who do a great job. No problems at all.

I took my vehicle in as I recently had new rear tyres fitted and the steering wheel was now slightly offset and the car pulling to the right albeit it very little. I took the car in and they proceeded to carry out the wheel alignment asking several questions about driving, potholes and road conditions which I thought was good. After the check and minor adjustment the mechanic took the car on a road test to ensure all was correct, this is something I have never had with other garages and has led me to returning due to incorrect adjustments. I am pleased to say that when I drove home the car was spot on. I am very impressed with the level of service received, byt both the technician and the reception staff. Will be returning.

Feel I had to share my recent visit to Taylors of Dunnmow, I was advised that my Discovery Sport had two oil leaks, which were picked up during a routine service.
I was given an estimate and booked the vehicle back in to have the work carried out, nothing out of the ordinary so far.
The work was carried out, and a new PTU unit fitted, the estimate was all but on the spot, but this is where I would like to praise the honesty and integrity of the staff at Taylor’s.
A week later I noticed an oil leak, I contacted Taylors and advised them that I thought the fault had returned, they took my car back in and sorted it out and advised me the new PTU unit had failed.
So my point is things might not go to plan, but a good company knows how to put things right with the minimum of fuss

I took my car to Taylor’s today for some work and was thoroughly impressed! Reception staff were polite, knew what they were doing and very COVID safe. The courtesy car was superb, especially given the challenging weather conditions. It’s great to support a local business who are delivering in these challenging times. Thank you.

Shopped round for a first service on my Velar and found them to be £100 cheaper than the JLR garage in Bishops Stortford, so as they offered the identical service it was a no brainer really. Taylors were also able to offer a pick up service too, which we needed (and which again, Stortford were unable to match, despite the higher price charged). Julie on the phones was efficient and professional and everything went to plan and the car was back with us by 410pm, just in time to pick up my daughter in it. All cleaned too, which is also a nice touch - and a nice bundle of info and docs including the updates electronic service record. Would not now go anywhere else :-). Thanks Julie (and Dean) for the excellent service all round.

I booked my Classic Car in at Taylors for new tyres. The car has wire wheels and 2 eared wheel spinners, so not your usual car. Not a problem for them, special tyres, tubes with correct pressures all round. The staff all did a great job looked after by Paul who took great interest in getting everything perfect. We always use Taylors as very professional and helpful - Highly recommended.
