I have used Jon for a number of years and he has worked on different vehicles that I have owned I have always been well pleased with the promptness of his servicing, the quality of his work and his reasonable charges. He is always friendly and cheerful. I recommend his services without hesitation.

Excellent service from Jon. I had a cam belt and water pump replaced, plus the injector seals replaced on our diesel Mini. Jon is one of the most honest and friendly mechanics I have ever met.

I visited 7 garages in the local area to find someone who could help solve the problem of the noisy exhaust on my car (rust had caused a gaping hole). Beresford's offered the simplest, cheapest, most immediate and i'm hoping most effective solution. They - Jess and Jon - are lovely to deal with, being totally upfront about the work that was required, getting me a quote for alternative options (and this was also the cheapest i'd received by far). I'm not from the area (Cheltenham) and it always feels like a bit of lottery going to a new mechanic, so I did my due diligence online and saw that Beresford's had consistently been awarded five stars. They are so totally deserving - if I could give more stars, I would. I have no hesitation in completely and utterly recommending them, and will be doing so to my friends and family that live here.

Jon was excellent, really helpful, manged to diagnose and resolve an ongoing battery issue, that 2 other garages had no clue about. Cost of labour was the best value I have seen so far in Cheltenham. Really friendly and efficient service. Got my car back on the road in a few hours. I will be taking all my business here from now on.

Jon runs a great business and his attention to detail is way above most garage services. His quality if workmanship is very high. His customer service skills are also excellent.

Me and my Partner have used Beresfords multiple times and always received brilliant service. Jess and Jon are very friendly and are transparent with what work is required and what it is likely to cost. The work is completed as quickly as possible and neither of us have ever had any problems with the quality or the cost of the work. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
