Done service recently. Paid £400 for service . 2 days After service car broke down .called AA for help .after AA inspection found sump bolt was lose due to which all the oil drained and engine seized . They were so clumsy they didnt bother to tighten the bolt .Now I am having to pay £2500 for new engine . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY1.

The worse garage I ever used or try at least.Been there to book an appointment they talk a lot and always rush you, they don’t let you explain what the problem is they book me in a week time took my car there on time again they said I had no appointment, after they remembered, they said to book me again in another week, I said I have appointment today since a week ago they took my car eventually, after 3 hours went back to see the updates, and again waiting about 10 minutes for someone to talk to me and eventually when someone came to me told me straight away we didn’t had time for your car and they just passed they keys on the desk and left! Horrible service stay away from them, they all rush you off and talk polish between each other and laugh in your face! lots of talking and no working!minus 5 stars if I could for rudeness

The guys here always try and fit you in and there prices are pretty good
