I entered a clean and well-lit showroom with the Service reception facing the entrance and manned by an efficient and, as i noted while waiting, a very busy receptionist. This was my first time there and her efficiency and helpfulness, when I wanted a bottle of cold water, impressed me. An hour or so after arriving the car was ready, service book stamped and slight wear on the tyres pointed out to me. On the whole a pleasant and satisfying first visit.

Receptionist was very helpful polite and smiled. Good asset to the company especially when she is the face one sees and interacts with most. Happy with the service and repair I received. Got charged for what was done with no hidden extras. Can't fault JCB . Will always take the CRV back to them for service and repair.

Wonderful and helpful staff. On our way to our holiday cottage we got a tyre pressure notification. JCB Honda Ashford was the nearest Honda dealer and I'm glad it was. Told the staff that we were on holiday and just a few minutes later the car was in the shop. Luckily it was nothing serious and we were on our way in less than half an hour free of charge. Thanks so much again for your time and help.

We travelled a long way to see a top spec car but when we got there it wasn't top spec! We had put a deposit to keep the car & salesman told us you can't have your deposit back! They also put a £200. admin charge on the car price! Don't go there I would not recommend!

Only went to the Showroom to see the Renault rep as I have a fault with my car.

I visited this showroom during late September. I test drove a Honda jazz hybrid and was given a full explanation of the car and it's design and fittings as well as an explanation of purchase prices and differing formats for purchasing the car. I was treated politely and given all the help I needed.
