The ladies on reception are always helpful and accommodating. The work is always good and they will telephone if any other problems arise so that don't get any surprises on your bill . Great service .

Put my car in for service. Car came out with a fault. Phoned garage and staff were very rude. May have been a coincidence that my car started playing up straight after coming out from a service, but at least be polite. Customer service is key. Also had MOT booked in. They said to pick car up in an hour, turned an hour later up and my car hadn’t even gone in! Told they would call me, so went home again. Didn’t hear anything so called garage, car was ready, but then forgot to phone and let me know…sigh. Obviously won’t be going back.

Well, since they have two branches at the moment, make sure you are booking to the branch you want to visit! Repeat it twice to operator on call! Also, they a bit forgetful in terms when you need your car to be ready and what you want to be done! Again, repeat twice! Make sure they have heard what you said and written it down!
