Really great garage, knowledgeable staff who do not rip you off. They diagnose problems quickly and sorted it out with out the normal garage, ooow, well, not sure scratching their heads kind of way. Highly recommended, I have use them about 5-6 times now, for Mots, servicing, and more more in depth problems. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Thanks guys....

Took car in to get aircon repaired they had car for a week and gave lame excuses as to why it wasn’t being done Have used them for over 20 years so I guess they have become complacent when working on my vehicles well no more. Time to find a new mechanic

Shocking. Car went in for mot and service. Booked online for 10.45 slot but was told to bring the car in at 0800. At 1300 still no call so I phoned for an update and was told mot is done and currently doing service and irs on the ramps, all that needs doing it oil change. 1630 I call back as still no word from them being told the same thing except with the added it take as long as it take as we need to do everyone's car. At the time telling me the car was on the ramps my brother was driving past only to find the car outside. They finally bring the car in at 1655 for its service once they close at 1730. They phone at 1705 telling me they cannot get sump gaurd bolts out I need to rebook another time. Worst place I have taken my car.

Few months back my brother took his car in for a simple clutch replacement and they ended having the car for 5 day's.

On the reply to this just goes to show how competent all are at the job roles they are in.... reason I say this is because how can you check if I've not given you any of my details.

The car has not been booked under a alias, they took the whole day and all the come of it was a mot a rounded bolts on the sump gaurd that now have had to be cut off.

Please see attached proof that I was with you and not you trying to make out I'm lying.

Strange this is I've taken it to somewhere competent that is a local rival to you and have managed to replace all disks and full service in 2 hours.

Fitted me in for a new clutch at short notice, staff seemed friendly enough. But, pricey and were not forthcoming on how long it would actually take for the job. They also do not call you back for updates regarding any work being done.

Nathan is a topman who always sorts my problem out straight away with his team. Recommend this place. Call in or pop in and he can get you an appointment the next day ;)

The clutch in my car had to be replaced. After waiting a very long time (weeks) and paying £800 my car was “fixed”. The car broke down when I was driving out of the garage (clutch again). They took it back and “fixed” it. After a short time the starter motor went. I was advised by a different mechanic that the clutch wasn’t fitted correctly and caused the starter motor to brake. Spent extra money to fix their unprofessional work. AVOID Mr Clutch Sittingbourne!

Terrible place to get MOT.. The service worker did not know how to turn on the washing of the lamps, he simply wrote that they do not work 😂 then wrote that the handbrake handle does not return to its position,although when I sat down to try everything works perfectly 😃 Complete lack of competence 🙂 Avoid this please!! Sittingbourne is full of good MOT centres,I was in a hurry and I went to the first place I came across.Don’t repeat my mistake,because otherwise you will have a full list of non-existing problems…

Brilliant, very happy. Great price and I was fitted in straight away. It's great that they give you a seat outside too, no where else is doing that. I will recommend and use this company again.
