They're great. Seemless service, cheaper than I expected, really nice people who don't make you feel like an idiot for idiotically putting the wrong fuel in your car. A mistake that is much easier to put right than I expected.

Frank came to help and he was so friendly didn’t make any remarks about how stupid I had been putting petrol in a diesel 🫣 but really quick service, really nice guy and nice and easy to use. They also came out super quickly and later in the evening so I could put the baby to bed before they came. Hopefully won’t be needing the service again but if I did I know who I would call.

Petrol in diesel - service was remove all fuel and add 6L of diesel. Total cost £264 vat included . I have been offered a bottle of cleaner for a extra £50 which I opted not to buy. Waiting time was 3 hours . Very polite and professional guy that offered a few free advices.

Put petrol instead of diesel called Wrong Fuel doctor. Prompt service ,quick , well priced compared to other company's way shorter waiting times. Richard attended to me I cant fault him one bit very professional friendly. Happy customer.

In a rush put petrol in instead of diesel. Through my Green Flag service they sent Richard. He arrived on time and quickly & professionally had my tank drained. Thank goodness I hadn’t started the engine! Refuelled with diesel & Richard started engine no problem. Friendly & helpful. Thank you
