This company is a rip off. I booked my car for MOT with Fixter and they promise to collect and deliver back after MOT was done. They come to collect it and in couple of hours they contacted me to say that the garage in Wandsworth, Autotech, of Wandsworth LTD had failed my MOT as the rear brakes were worn off below the legal limit And that they wanted £95 to replace them. I called Fixter asking them to send me pictures and they told me to contact the garage direct to which I did but they refused to send me pictures as they had to remove the rear tyres and that would take them 2 hours. That was a lie, did I forget to mention that my son changed all the brakes rear and front the year before and the car had only done 3000 miles since the previous MOT with Mercedes and they didn’t mention any worned brakes. I told Fixter this was a lie and to Return me back the car to which They refused claiming it was too dangerous driving back my car. I went and collected the car myself, drove it around all weekend and took it for MOT to another garage in Earsfield on Monday and I was not surprised when it passed the MOT. I called Fixter telling that my car passed the MOT and emailed them the MOT certificate and asked them to refund me the money. That was on Monday and I was told someone would contact me on Monday. Waited until Wednesday and called them asking me to pay me my money back. They refused telling me to take it with garage. I will post this review on any forum this company and Fixter is registered on so other people don’t use this dishonest company.

Last minute booking for Christmas eve after noticing the MOT was due. Managed to get in early and some issues had arisen. The guys managed to source the parts and get my brake pads replaced in a short space of time.

Absolutely faultless - Very friendly and happy with the service. Only after did I see the negative reviews but far from the service I received.

Another garage cancelled my MOT without letting me know, putting me in a very difficult position as I am a doctor and need my car to get to work. I called Autotech who very kindly opened up just to do my MOT! LIFESAVERS! Extremely friendly, thorough and efficient service. I couldn't recommend them more and will be using them from now on.

STAY AWAY.
I booked an MOT through Fixter who have 4 stars on trustpilot so I thought I was in safe hands. I get an invoice of £500 for work that needs to be done. I agree to these jobs but then afterwards I am told they need more time on a leak so they wanted to charge me more. I decline and tell them we agreed on a set price and not paying more because they were doing the job slower than anticipated. Eventually they agreed.
I go in to pick up my car, nobody knows where the car is. It took them 45 mins (driving around the area) to find it. At this point I think it's getting a bit ridiculous.
I get to my car (with the MOT certificate) and i notice my Engine maintenance light appear on my car, bearing in mind it was OFF prior to leaving it with them and also is illegal to pass someone if they have this light on.
I go straight back to them and they said they would take a look. Next day I get a call saying it's fixed, I drive back home with no light but the next morning the same thing happens so I take it back.
Their argument is that they tried, and during the MOT the light was not on so this is not their responsibility anymore!!! So refused to help me because they claim it's also not in their warranty, I kept insisting and after almost two weeks waiting, I'm still with a certificate but a car that is in worse condition than it was prior to leaving it with them.
Overall they are not useful, they are simply happy to do a terrible job and rip you off. Unfortunately I did not know until it was too late that my car was being fixed in this garage in particular, otherwise looking at the reviews now, I would have definitely avoided this place.
A close friend also had the same experience with them.

I’m a driving instructor and used many different auto service company’s over the past 14 years and have found that Autotech Wandsworth to be one of the best! They always give a professional and great service, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Autotech Wandsworth.

The team at Autotech were great & helped diagnose some shoddy battery work that had been done on my Range Rover Sport, when Lookers & every other Land Rover dealership in the area let me down (due to it being too near Christmas).
I was really at a loss as to how to sort out the problem as the (new) battery was draining overnight & each time I’d go to drive the car it wouldn’t start. The Autotech guys took it for a few hours (I was nervous as usually I’d only go to the dealership but I was at the end of my tether). The guys diagnosed the problem (an ill fitted battery which Kwik Fit Wandsworth hadn’t reset the system for, which is required on Range Rovers). It was diagnosed & fixed within 3 hours (something which 4 Green Flag technicians had struggled to do). I was charged very reasonably for the work (less than my new battery that Green Flag advised I get).
Really brilliant, knowledgeable & friendly service. No frills but looks can be deceiving - I would recommend every time & will be going back!
Cheers guys, you saved me from a nightmare RR breakdown merry-go-round.
