Customer service was excellent from inception to completion.

Took the car for a warranty repair. Their customer service informs you when it's ready for collection and informs you of foreseeable wear and tear of your vehicle. Upon collection I waited for over 10+ minutes and once out of the garage, I started to get a warning sound that my bonnet was not shut properly. I had to do an emergency stop with fast flowing traffic to shut my bonnet. Not a place I would want to visit in a hurry.,😡

I had an issue with my bluwtooth and Lee the mercedes benz specialist could'nt have beem more help. I would higher recommend him to anyone wanting to get their car repaired. Many thanks
