Over the phone the booking process and the rest was very good and quick but as soon as i droped the car there it sort of felt that something is not right.My car was due for an oil change,brake fluid change,pollen filter replaced and an A/C refill.
Droped the car and i was asked to pay upfront over the phone and of course i refused.
2 hours later i get a strange phone call from them saying that my A/C is broken and they can’t refill unless they do a service on it and will probably cost me a fortune with an invented excuse which i refused since i have replaced myself the gas pressure sensor and A/C was fine,it wasn’t ice cool but at least it was blowing cold air and thats why i have asked for a refill.
Anyhow we sort of agreed to disagree and i just asked them to do my service and i will take care of the rest. 30 min later i get the video with the works asked and after 2pm went in there to collect my car.
Payed the invoice £££ ,they brought the car outside and guess what my car was blowing ice cold air although they clearly said my A/C is not working and my dash cam was disconected which i thought it was odd.
Yesterday i had the curiosity to check pollen filter since recently some strange smell were coming out trough the vents and i wanted to check what is wrong with it and guess what it still has the 2017 stamp date on it as you can see in the picture
The bottom line is they are biggest fraudsters that i’ve ever seen start to finish
Had a service last year and the cam belt was changed with the promise that all future MOTs would be free. Called this year to be told that they no longer service AUDIs and refused to honour the free MOT that was promised to me last year. Fantastically rude receptionist.
I was unfortunate to go to this garage a few times, each time worse than the previous.
Howard Storey, Sean Nevatte and Shahzad Alvi of this garage dealt with my car. Unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest are the qualities I can describe this team with.
In my last visit not only they did not carry out any actual work they managed to ruin mat driving side car mat by dropping oil it!
Avoid!
They are providing a quick service schedule, take a good care of the car with prober advising of the car needs and they return it as quick as possible.
