Mazda Bongo went in, came out with full service, under seal, corrosion x treated, and many other things. Had an overheating issue occur and they even collected, fixed a leaky coolant pipe, bled the system at no extra cost due to such a recent service with them (even tested the head gasket to make sure no damage). Good luck finding another garage that would do that! Very professional, friendly and certainly not ripping anyone off! Recommended, thanks guys, very happy customer and well deserved positive review.

These guys are amazing. My Focus wouldn't start and had to be recovered to my house because no garages would take it. I called David and they came out the same day, collected it and diagnosed it. They realised it was a known fault that Ford were aware of and it was cheaper for me to get Ford to fix it under their goodwill scheme. Absolutely amazing service. They did themselves out of the repair work because they care more about what's best for their customers.

I went on recommendation from my partner as he had a really good experience. Was quoted '£200 +vat' but my final bill was more than double that. They informed me that they had to change a couple of parts which would cost £50 each and that I would need 2 swapped... that's fine. (£200 +vat) + (2×50) doesn't equal over £500. Wasn't even offered a payment plan which was offered to my partner. 2 stars because the car is working but massively thrown under the bus in regards to price

Having developed a problem with my car on route from Devon to Worcester I was very fortunate to pick this garage to call. I handed my car to them at around 4 pm on a Thursday, by 4.30 they'd had a look at it and by 11 am on the Friday received a text to say it had been repaired (new shock absorbers and mounts fitted). Dave kept me updated re parts/cost and I was able to head back down the M5 knowing it was safe - can't thank or recommend Dave and team enough.

Really helpful staff who explained everything. I recieved photo updates of what they were doing and they explained the cost breakdown so I knew what was what. They also give you a ring if anything is going to cost more than expected to fix. Highly recommend, will use again.

I get my Bongo serviced here as they service fmthe Bongos from the nearby Bongo conversion company. This year I noticed a few improvements. I had a price estimate before the work started and some quick video updates during the MOT and transmission fluid change.

Very poor and costly experience. After an expensive complete engine reconditioning and refit that cost more than the value of the car, it was clear the work was not up to standard (as seen by video evidence from another mechanic), including radiator hanging off and engine bolts only finger tight. Because I asked another garage to inspect the work and got some remedial work done, WMM absolved themselves of all responsibility, even charging me an additional £1,000 to fix the problems. More oil leaking at its annual service 6 months later. Submitted complaint to Motor Ombudsman but decided to withdraw as couldn't stand the stress of this dragging on longer than necessary, Accepted a paltry £200 from WMM "in full and final settlement". Needless to say, not recommended.

Absolute life savers! Realised my MOT expired the evening before we were due to leave for holiday. Called up after trying almost 10 previous garages and they couldn’t of been more helpful. They fitted me in within an hour and we were able to leave for our holiday on time. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the lady in reception, were by far the most friendly and polite garage owners/employees I have ever met. Even offered to make me a coffee whilst I waited. These will now be the garage I use in future. Highly recommend. Also, their prices are almost half of the governments recommended price for MOT’s. So the comments stating they rip you off, is pure nonsense :)
