I wish I could give them 5 stars but the service wasn't safe at all.
I went to get a 54 point car service with them and explaining there was a problem with one of the brakes leaking oil, he was surprised about it but he agreed to check. He wasn't able to find the problem. He advised me to change the brake fluid (£55) completely and start from there.

After asking him if the car would pass the MOT, he said without a problem.

What was my surprise when 2 days after I took the car to ATS Euromaster to get the MOT done and it FAILED due to a brake caliper leaking fluid. You take your own conclusions.

VA Engineering were recommended to me and they have today carried out a full service on my Polo. Raphael collected my car from home and returned it a few hours later, having cleaned it as well! Such a treat! I am extremely happy with their level of customer service and will definitely be using them in future. Highly recommended! Many thanks.

Get my car serviced here every year by Raf, always well priced and honest. Can't ask for any more than that.

Went here for a groupon deal for £45 but the oil cost me £another. £42 extra but a great service once I got hold of him ! Totally professional!and valeted the car ! Called out all the faults on the car so for that I thank you ! Don’t know how you get past this extra charge on the oil ?! Maybe he jus says £25 for your oil !instead ?? But yeah he went to town on my car even said about the centre caps now all changed . Ps i don’t like valve caps x that’s a personal choice ! If you check your pressures daily ! Sack that !

VA Engineering have been looking after all the cars in my family for quite a while now. Great service and an honest person. You will never be charged for something that's not needed, unlike some garages I've used in the past. Cannot fault from start to finish.

An outstanding garage and service. Fixed an Audi cabriolet software fault after complete failure and extortionate pricing from Audi main dealership. Thoroughly recommend them.
