Outstanding customer service and by far one of the BEST mechanics in Streatham! All the staff were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I was super impressed by their efficiency and communication as I was kept updated by email and text throughout the time my car was with them. Amazing garage, the lads are so lovely and welcoming. Their communication with me was excellent I received updated calls and texts throughout the service. They were able to drop my car to my home. They are very honest and my car always come back in a better condition than I left it. Only garage I trust with my car. Would 100% recommend.

I called up Ross Motors needing an urgent replacement of break pads and disks (same day!), after being turned away by several garages, Ross’ team told me to come down asap and they’ll see what they can do. Low and behold, all sorted a few hours later. I can’t recommend them enough, we will absolutely be going back to them. A really excellent service, thank you!!

Really excellent service. I contacted Ross Motors as my car was overheating and although they were very busy they scheduled me in for the next day. They open early and I was able to drop the car in before work. They diagnosed the problem, emailed me a quotation which I accepted, got the job done and I collected the car on my way home from work. Really professional service and nice team of people. Will definitely use their services again

I've used several different motor companies in the area but Ross Motors have really impressed me with their quality of work! Ross was very friendly, professional and delivered excellent work right in time when I took my Merc for MOT and service. They even washed my car! I had a great experience with Ross Motors: I called them the day before the Easter bank holidays as my engine light had come on and I was driving down to Eastbourne over the weekend. They took our car in on the same day and had it fixed by 17:00. Really prompt, thorough and also very communicative which was really appreciated. Very professional and reasonably priced.
