This garage is the most annoying, noisy and disturbing business in the area. The garage has made a public pay and display bay with 2 hours restriction into it's own showroom, preventing neighbours including the blue badge holders to use the nearby bays. I will call Barnet Council to complain about them and if council doesn't take any actions, I will definitely contact the MP.

DO NOT USE THESE MECHANICS

A local tow guy took my car there as it wasn't starting. They got it starting, charged me for a new fuel pipe and a new battery.

When I took it home I found photographic evidence that it was still my old battery in there. I challenged them and they refunded the new battery claiming it was a mistake.

I've now found that the fuel pipe they replaced is 'leaking like a tap' to quote a more reputable mechanic. So White Rose a) tried to charge me for parts not supplied and work not done b) damaged my car and c) have caused me to lose gallons of fuel. Do not go near them!

Best mechanics ever. Been using them for the past 10 years and my mum 20+. They’re simply great at what they do and really know they’re stuff. Always get my car back in time and never have any issues with my car in between services. Cannot recommend enough

Rude, cannot trust them. Was told to bring car at 1pm Sunday (after I finish work) to meet electrical engineer who would do diagnostic for free while i wait, and then charge for any remedial work needed. If, as anticipated, its the alternator, they can get it same afternoon. Turned up at 1pm and was rudely told I'd basically made the whole thing up. Should have come at 8.30, can't speak to the electrical engineer, need to leave car for at least a day, diagnostic not free, can't get alternator in one day, etc etc. Instead of an apology for being given wrong info, the owner said "Nobody here would have told you that". Trust immediately flew out the window. No way in leaving my car unattended with people I don't trust, or who accuse me of lying. Rude, arrogant, horrible attitude

Rear brake light wasn’t working.
Halfords couldn’t fix it.
These guys sorted it.
Honest people, good family business Andy , boss, and Rebecca his daughter. Plus they open 7.30am which means I can drop the car before work and before rush hour really starts and they are open until late (7pm) I think so that also helps when getting to the garage after work . Thanks for helping me!

I have no hesitation in recommending White Rose Motors. Andy and his team are exceptional. Very fair, efficient and reasonably priced.

My car broke down over Christmas and my usual garage was closed. Andy and his team were incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the problem. They explained everything and did a great job at a fair price. I will be using white Rose Motors from now on.

I’ve used White Rose a few times over the past few years, Andy & his team are fantastic, they found a problem when no one else could & fixed it, I be had a service, timing belt replaced, & they are reasonably priced, & above all honest wouldn’t go anywhere else
