Booked in my car for an A service. Overall, great service! They were efficient, polite and completed the service within good timing. They even cleaned my car in and out and was able to make payment in cash (which not a lot of places accept since Covid). Highly recommended and will be booking all my car services with them! :-)

What can I say apart from amazing service. I agree with all of the other glowing reviews on here. Shahzil and the team managed to deal with the problems quickly, efficiently and the level of communication was second to none compared to any garage, service station, or frankly any other customer service experience I've had in recent years. Thank you and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I took my Citroen C4 Picasso to iAuto for repairs. I was initially referred to them by RAC as one of their approved garages. The service I received from this garage was second to none. Excellent communication and brilliant customer service. They performed such an amazing work on my car that it drives as if it's a new car. I'll like to give a huge shoutout to Anoop and Sharoze and all the team that worked on my car, not forgetting the "tech" guy who did the majority of the work. Amazing! I have recommended iAuto to my friends and neighbours. This is now my new garage for general services and MOT. Thank you 1Auto.

Absolutely brilliant, staff and technicians here are amazing. Handled 2 warranty issues on my Focus, one to replace a faulty headlight and a glass replacement due to a faulty rear demister. Some of the best service I've had at a garage, very highly recommended.

We dropped our car for a repair of an oil leak. The team were careful to ensure that the minimal cost was incurred for the work and were kind and went the extra mile for us and even repaired an additional issue which other garages would have charged for. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Ali

Absolute dire service. Over charge you for all parts and then charge for investigations they can't even fix. They charged me 350 on top of the investigation charge to do a DPF which cleans the diesel particles and i still had malfunction light on dashboard. They then said I need to pay an additional 700 for a dpf to fix it ?????? I said no way... took my vehicle to the wilsons who are in epsom ...they charged £ 400 to find fix and do the dpf. They changed battery in fob, washed my car on return all within 4 hours. It took iauto 2 days before I got my car back. Absolute joke avoid avoid avoid.

This is my second time using the service of the guys at iautouk, they are so efficient and accommodating. My MOT was due and they fit me in a day before Christmas last minute, doing my MOT while I did the Christmas shop across the road. Thank you guys for fitting me in! And see you in Jan for the bodywork appointment!
