Seriously impressed. I booked my first MOT with North One Service. Whole process was efficient, professional and quality from start to finish. Amazing customer service, competitive price. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. If it was possible to give more stars I would.

It’s my local garage but that aside it has great, fast friendly honest service. Have been a couple of times for an MOT and service.
I’m not just saying it was great because this time my MOT didn’t throw up any surprises! ;-)

North One carried out an MOT for me. They were efficient, friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. In addition my car was cleaned and ready for the time they had given me for car collection. The paperwork provided was clear and their assessment of my car was thorough. I had never used them before but on this experience will most certainly use them again.

I would like to say Ben and Marcus were amazing. The service was friendly, professional and very timely. I will definitely be using them again. I had a complex issue with my car and Ben assisted me through the process. The car was back on the road and running lovely. Give these guys a go, really worth the time. A big thank you to you all.

Very polite & considerate staff. But car-service a rip-off.
Wrongly advised that a component costing £288 approx, was required to pass MOT test. Checked with another garage who said the existing component OK.
North-1gave me a veiled warning that other issues could be discovered on closer inspection which would involve additional cost & labour.

This may be a Jaguar and Landrover specialist but "we do everything", they say. And they do. Including my Honda Jazz - MOT (£45), annual service (£173 inc cleaning inside and out). The most courteous, helpful, professional service I have experienced in the car repair business. Nothing is too much trouble. I will be back.

Found North One Motors after googling for a MOT and service. They were the closest to me centrally and also the cheapest so wasn't expecting much. Dropped off in the morning, service done and new wiper blades put on ready for the afternoon.

Once again, A big thank you to North One services, This is my second visit to them now, This was for a Service, Ben and the team as usual gave a me excellent care and attention with all my requests and concerns all repairs and costs were explained clearly and any concerns addressed promptly. Due to current situations i was not able to collect my car and they were kind enough to arrange a delivery for me too. Ben, many thanks for all the help and advice. I cannot recommend North One service enough for customer care and quality they aim to provided. Great team pleasure to do business with.
