We have used Copthorne Motor Company for many years with various cars for any problems we have had. Always excellent service and always happy with work done and confident anything personal left in the car will still be there on collection.
Thanks all concerned. Sadly now a parting of the ways for us as per our dealership instructions but you can be assured of our recommendations in future.

Fantastic service as ever. After spending 15 years in the motor trade myself I have seen many good and bad garages but this is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Excellent just excellent. Asked for support for my wife's dog grooming van that was randomly smoking excessively. They diagnosed the diesel particulate filter had been cut open in the internals removed and rewelded. Further to this they noticed the stag 1 map had been corrupted hence the engine smoking. The quote and work was done in very good time they even saved me a further one hundred pounds on the part. Well worth traveling 90 miles for such honest excellent work. They even rang when I arrived home to ensure the journey home was without fault. That's excellent customer service 👍 well done guys. Thank you.

Absolutely outraged!
Had an issue with my vehicle over the weekend. So i called them on monday morning and fully explained the issue. I was told... "we can look at that fir you. But nothing available until thursday."
So i booked it in.
Along comes thursday morning... My partner takes part of the morning off work so she can drive her car so i can get home.
We arrive at copthorne motor company to be told..." sorry, we arent going to look at your car. We dont have the diagnostic equipment required"
Thank you very much for wasting 4 days where i could have got it booked somewhere else.

After Nissan closed their door in Crawley I managed to find a very good, RAC approved place. Very reliable team and so friendly!

Good service just let down through mechanics sickness which cannot be helped.

**Never go again**
Took my car there for DPF cleaning as the DPF light came on dash but car was perfectly driving, ended up changing many thinks because they said all inter connected with DPF!! £1350 bill, took the car and drove for a month, broken down in the middle of the road, all problem came back again in fact worse then before lots of smoke this time which I didn’t have before. Took the car back to them towing as it was not drivable, although they said 6 months warranty originally, this time they said EGR needs changing, another £450+ bill, it’s not covered in warranty! As I write this comment all problem came back again with loss of power, spoke to them - now they say it could be Injector or Turbo and it’s separate cost! ( Not sure what they will say after these have been changed)
Originally they told me all problem will be solved once their findings are fixed and I won’t have to come there again!
So anyone thinking to go there for DPF cleaning, think twice, you may end up thousands of pounds and still problem won’t be solved.
