Swansway Chester Alfa Romeo

Salesman took our email address and sent over some car details a month ago. Helpful at the time but no follow up contact been made to see if we are interested. Disappointed.

Really happy with the dealership.
Took my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for a safety recall, bearing in mind that I didn't buy it from them and the service was excellent.
Video health check sent and job done efficiently and painlessly.
The service manager was very helpful.

After them servicing my Alfa, crashing it and lying about doing it. They final accept responsibility get it repaired. The workmanship is below standard. It’s now been back twice and still not right. I would recommend you never buy a Alfa and never use these.

Organised a test drive. Ring in the morning. All good to go. Get there and they had sold the demo car the day before.

Helps if when you respond, likely only for others to see you do care, that you provide an accurate email address.

Called in today with the aim of looking at and arranging a test drive on a chosen model.

Sadly all the sales team were too busy bringing cars into the showroom.
(I'm not sure if it was because it was raining or whatever). Anyway I felt I was in the way whilst all this was going on and so I left without any one paying me any attention.

Sadly I wasn't very impressed.

My car broke down on Friday and was towed to Swansway. Since then the communication has been excellent, really can’t fault their customer especially considering the current situation. I’ve own several makes before and have got to say that so far Alfa’s customer service at this garage has been excellent, it’s refreshing not to have to chase a garage up for an update.

Swanway alfa is no more .i spoke with all i can say a lad didnt look older enough to shave to be told swanway dont sell alfa anymore .and then started to rip alfa apart so i asked him have you sat in a alfa answer no .have you drove 1 answer no i havnt got a licence yet that said it all with dealers like swansway alfa are far better without them swansway your a disgrace

Always helpful & professional. Cant fault the work done on my Alfa's over the last few years
