Not very good to be completely forward. Your situation maybe different, but if it's insurance work, and they are estimating, I would highly avoid. It's true what they say about insurance cutting quotes to save money. In the long run you pay more to have issue fixed. I would think of them more of a Bodyshop ONLY (make it look pretty for a short period) with no mechanical knowledge and slightly lazy to do a good job. So if your insurer offers to repair your car say No, and take it somewhere you choose. To much cost cutting results in bad job.

As insurer approved workshop, and the work was completed by you, the review is fair of your services.
The review is about the work completed by yourselves. Quality of workmanship was bad, rushed and minimalist. Not in a good way. Mechanical issues was Passed by your qualified team, and was later repaired by ourselves. How it was not found by your team, that is again a statement to your Quality Control.
To summarize, don't go there if you want insurance work, or mechanical. And check work with a fine tooth comb, if they can get away with not fixing something. They will.

If Premier would like for us to attach pictures of proof, we can do that.

I returned my car back to premier due to defects in the paint and wing not repaired you could actually see where it had been filled as a repair.
I am really hoping it can be repaired correctly i can only update this when my car is returned as repaired really upset right now with premier body repairs

I have used Premier a few times now without issue, unfortunately not this time, after fitting two rear tyres on my Boxster there is obvious damage to the face of the rims on both wheels, I was told this is a delaminating of the top coat on the wheels, it looks like impact damage to me, the reception are great but the workshop now is below par, use with caution if you are proud of your car!

I had a few issues - however they were resolved and I am happy.

Holly was super helpful and really polite and went out of her way to help , the customer service from her was 5 star and she is a credit to your front of house

Becky & Holly on reception are amazing & so helpful. They went out of their way to help me at last minute even to sort recovery. Car wasnt an easy fix & they kept me informed & again went out of their way to help at a stressful time. Id defo reccomend in a heart beat. Thank you.

With my vehicle in limp mode and awaiting a tow.
I started searching for a local garage to go too and though they said that they were not taking any more work on as it was quite full and it maybe later to even look at my vehicle as they were short staffed till Thursday or Friday.
They said that they would try to investigate what was wrong and inform me of the issue.
They have explained and resolved the issue in under 24 hours.
All I can say a very big thank you to all involved. With Christmas coming you deserve a great and wonderful break.
