Hands down true American Customer Service.

I had to travel down from Newcastle, nearly 5 hours away but he made sure my car could be seen, and made every effort to find the route cause and fix the electrical issue I was having.

Seriously I would recommend this for any American Car owner, American Service Personal based at RAF Lakenheath or RAF Mildenhall.
Or even if you just have a normal English car but you just want top quality American Customer service and care. This Garage is the place to go!

I definitely will be back in the future

I brought my vehicle in for a simple two tire replacement. It was supposed to be done same day. Upon arrival we were told the wrong tires came in. They said the new tires would be in the next morning. We decided to leave the vehicle with them instead of driving it back the next morning. They ensured it will be locked up in storage. We waited all day to be told our car was ready for pickup but never got the call. They never got the tires. So it stayed another night in the locked up storage. The next day I called to follow up and was told it would be ready later in the day. In the afternoon I was contacted by the shop owner that my car and other cars had been vandalized. Out catalytic converter was cut out from underneath my vehicle. Once I arrived at the shop the owner had no hard feelings because he feels he has no liability to pay for any damages or deductibles because he has a sign that people leaving their vehicles are liable for any damages or theft. This is the case even though this company takes your car, parks it in a separate rental lot that is not even theirs, with no lights, no cameras, and the weakest or fence security. Once we arrived he tried to show how the fence was cut and the lot was broken into. It made no sense that the vandals would cut the fence and not the gate lock or just crawl under the fence. It was the most shady and staged scene. In my opinion this shop is completely responsible and should pay for any damages. They took my vehicle and parked it somewhere unsafe. I also feel like the company had something to do with the theft as well. Maybe an employee or someone they business works with on the side. I would not recommend doing any business with this poorly ran company. Ever.

If you buy a vehicle from MAS, specifically request NOT to have Mildenhall Auto Centre convert your lights to UK spec, just go elsewhere. When I first got my brand new car, I had a safety bag warning. Come to find out, upon doing the light conversion they didn't even bother to plug everything back in correctly. The expensive LED tailight assembly was dropped and has a small chip in the corner. I found a razor blade and electrical tape in the engine bay. The rear "fog light"was poorly wired/routed. At first, the owner Rick, seemed like he was going to help me out, then he simply stopped answering the phone and never contacted me back. Now 6 months later, my car is displaying a faulty right rear brake light message. Upon trying to figure out the fault, I found a terrible wire splicing job for the ground wire going to the "fog light." The wire was so poorly insulated, that it burnt up and broke. Poor workmanship all around. Trash of an establishment. Don't be fooled by the nice reviews, overall 3 rating isn't for nothing.

Very professional and kind. They took the time to explain properly what was wrong and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend them!

Great place for hiking. The cliffs are magical. It's cool to watch ferries crossing from UK to France.

I honestly can't recommend this garage highly enough. Used them for the first time today and Rick and his team were so helpful and friendly. Needed some work done urgently and not only did they squeeze me in at the last minute, they even took me home as I was stranded. A1 service and I'll definitely use them again in future 👍👍

This is my second time visiting Mildenhall Auto Centre. The car in question that the girls (and boys) of Mildenhall A/C have been taking care of, is my beloved Big Bertha. A 7.3 Powerstroke Excursion. When all other garages said it can't be done, and even so called "American Specialist" Garages in Essex said "We don't touch big Diesel engines" Rick and his utterly gorgeous daughter Jenna, not to mention the vivacious Belinda all stepped up to the challenge. Bertha was fixed in no time and at such a good price, I was left feeling really happy with the service rendered. The mechanic managed to make do without having to order any extra parts in from the States, and Belinda kept me up-to-date throughout my time apart from my baby. Rick was kind enough to drive me to the main bus-station In town so I could get on a bus to the train station and was thoroughly professional and courteous throughout. All in all, whenever my Bertha is unwell and requires a little TLC, Mildenhall Auto centre will be my first port of call. That, and well, who can resist the charming allure of Jenna's beautiful smile and Belinda's sarky banter. Love, Fahim and Bertha.

These are by far the best garage I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Polite, kind, honest and had the best service. Had alot of problems with cars recently and i have been 100% satisfied with absolutely everything they have done. Fair priced and I can't thank them enough for everything and I will continue to go to this garage every single time. Great team and always willing to go that extra mile. Never ever had the experience like I have with these.
