I have been using this branch of Mr Clutch for 3 or so years now & I am really impressed with all aspects of their Service & also their actual Staff too. Generally, I get them to carry out a full annual service & the yearly MOT. And right from the booking in & appointment itself all the way to the payment its been a perfect journey, especially the cost. When I even try to compare what Audi would charge compared to Mr Clutch, well !! ... I'll just let the silence speak for itself. ...... very Highly, recommend Mr Clutch. Give 'em a try & I guarantee you will not be dissapointed. 👍

I find this branch to be reliable, efficient and honest. I don't ever feel they're taking advantage or making things up. MOTs are always straight forward and to the point and it gives me piece of mind. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Mr Clutch Gravesend Branch. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I took one of my cars in for an MOT, and waited in the reception area. Ash on the front desk was very friendly and as we got talking about my other car that had recently gone wrong, Ash told me to bring it down for a look to see if he could help. Subsequently the work needed required me to drop the car back a few days later. Within another 3 days my car was all fixed and working again. Ash had kept me update to through the progress an the price was exceptionally reasonable. The quote for looking at & diagnostics for my Landrover at an actual Landrover branch would have far exceeded the cost for repair at Mr Clutch and I probably would've waited weeks too. All in all a very happy customer who had a fantastic customer service experience and would recommend anyone takes their car to be fixed here! What a fantastic team!

Perfect job. Very helpful staff. Got my car in as soon as they could after the clutch completely failed. I will use them again without question

Useless, terrible, poor customer service..... I booked my car in for a major service and MOT. The car was there at 8.30am. I was not concerned about leaving the car with them to do the work as they are approved by the RAC. By 4.30pm I had heard nothing from them so I rang to see what was going on...the car failed the MOT because of a airbag warning light on the dashboard?????? (It never went in with a warning light on) I went to collect the car and sure enough warning light was on. As this was a Saturday I took my car back to them first thing Monday morning, all day NOTHING from them, again I HAD TO RING THEM...5pm and was told we think it's the steering wheel but we need more time. I left the car with them. Its now 4.45 pm Tuesday and still NO CONTACT from them whatsoever.
I went to see them and was told exactly the same from them. I took my car back and left it with them to source the parts needed to fix the problem.
It's now 11 days since the car failed the MOT, 11 days without my car, 7 days waiting for them to source the part so I can get the MOT. 7 days and still NO CONTACT from them. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. To who ever it is that replies to the reviews I HAVE MY INVOICE AND FAILED MOT CERTIFICATE to prove I was booked in at your garage.
RAC informed of terrible service.

Don't like the place, 5 minutes late so they cancelled my appointment knowing that the inspection is complete in 30 minutes then sit for 15 minutes
