Found the exact Mokka X model and colour that I wanted on Autotrader. Phoned up and spoke to the owner Jonny who said he could take the car to DSG Morecombe which was an hour nearer for me to look at the car and have a test drive.
Was left alone to look at the car and told to go for a test drive while he was dealing with another customer. Had a really good look at the car, after 10mins I gave up trying to find fault with it, and had a test drive. Lovely to drive and lovely condition. Had a really good car for a good price. Unfortunately I had to travel up to Morecombe by myself that day, however Jonny organised free delivery to my home address 3 days later.
Jonny was always polite and professional and at no point was there any pressure or hard sell, in fact I had to tell him I wanted the Car. Have already recommended this garage to my family it’s a shame my local garages do not compare with the Customer care and Prices.

Absolutely excellent buying experience from start to finish from Andrew and Jonny at DSG Barrow. After a long train journey met at the station, after looking at the Audi A3 on Autotrader and then making contact with the dealership, sent all relevant information and full vehicle video in great detail, paid deposit and travelled down, Andrew insisted I checked out the car, without any hesitation purchased the car.
Again cant thank Andrew and Jonny enough an excellent buying experience.

Excellent service from start to finish!! from Jonny and his team. My partner and I saw the car (Mazda 3 saloon) on a finance company's website and thought it looked brilliant. We said we wanted that one and they contacted DSG on our behalf. They arranged the sale then passed us directly to Jonny who couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. We live over 2 hours away and Jonny was kind enough to help with sorting tax out for the vehicle for us and he even knocked off the deposit.

Once the day came to go and view the car and take it away if we were happy with it we spoke to a another gentleman (didn't catch his name) he instantly offered for us to have a look around the car and take it for a test drive I'd we wanted. We looked around the car and saw no reason to even test drive. While we were signing the paperwork he was occupying our 3 year old playing with his toy car.

After a couple of weeks at home with the car we encountered a couple of small problems. I contacted Jonny who asked me to take it to a local garage to be sorted and refunded the money straight back to me without hesitation. Honestly couldn't thank the guys at DSG enough and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Was told by another garage that I needed a new gearbox on my Vauxhall meriva, DSG fixed the fault in less than 1.5 hours. Even washed and cleaned my car prior to collection. Great polite staff would highly recommend. 5*

Received exceptional service from Johnny in parts. Was in deperate need of a wheel nut key for my vauxhall and Johnny took time out of his already busy day and went over and above to help.

Really liked that I could just speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. Really liked the information that was provided on the online portal.

I dropped the car off at the garage and was taken home by one of the staff. Then a staff member picked me up again later that day when the car was ready for collection. All the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Not only was my car serviced and M.O.T'd, it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The service I received was typical of this dealership and is what I always receive when my car is repaired and/or serviced. I would recommend them to any of my friends or potential clients.
