Disorganized, unable to get thought on the phone, no call to say when work was completed, when visiting at end of the day the paperwork still took them 30 minutes to complete after being handed the keys and paperwork to someone else's car in error. Ford video check was a waste of time as unable to hear what is being said in video, and much was out of focus. They were unable to provide the advertised roadside assistance as the system was down for some reason.
