They recover vehicles that have been immobilized in Road Traffic Collision, on behalf of police.

To get the vehicles back you have to pay Recover charges and daily storage fee.

The process of this and get the Vehicle back needs to be simplified.

My experience dealing with branch in Slough, was not as smooth as it could be especially after an accident.

Police arranged for my stolen car to be sent there early Saturday morning but they aren't open in the weekend so no way of seeing my car or getting my possessions. I mean is it that hard to open on the weekend? You dont mind taking the cars but witholding them so people then have to take a day off work to to get there own things bk. Its greedy and unprofessional but its the company the police use

Absolutely outrageous how this company is still in business! Bike stolen, gets recovered by these people. Get told to come down with reference number and I can take it away, get there and they advise I need my logbook, each time ive gone back the women behind the desk has decided she doesnt want to take anymore orders and is closing, despite this being no where near their closing times! All smirking behind their little screen while multiple people try to get answeres why theyre closing early. The staff are nothing but rude an arrogant and this firm are money grabbing arseh*les. Unfortunately the police do not care for the service they provide and neither do the company themselves.

Be aware this company earns money off your phone calls to them,.they are well aware you have to ring them to collect your car, but they want to earn money off you for this,
Ofcom states The service charge for calls to 087 numbers is between 0p and 13p per minute. The service charge must be clearly displayed wherever the phone number is advertised or promoted. Ofcom very interested, how you have got a way using this for so long. unbelievable!

Also The access charge – which is additional to the service charge – will vary depending on your phone company, and can range from 8p to 67p per minute. BEWARE OF THESE SCAN ARTIST!

Impossible to get hold of anyone at the Aylesford site after 5 days of calls and emails, so complained to head office. Finally someone called me back but was incredibly patronising and unhelpful. Gave me incorrect information about what documents I needed to bring to collect the belongings in the vehicle, and therefore was not able to after driving 2hrs to collect my things. Man at the depot was equally rude and had no compassion.
Not only that, but after I had tried for days to get in contact with them, and after my insurance company had collected the vehicle, they sent me a letter stating where the vehicle was and that there was a charge for holding the vehicle! Absolute joke.
And to top it off my complaint email has been totally ignored.

Avoid if you have the choice!!!

Joke of a company!! left us waiting for 9 hours to be picked up after a breakdown. Claimed they had already been out to get us when they hadn’t. We waited from 4pm - 1am & every time we called we were told they were either nearly with us or would be with us within the next hour. Obviously they never showed up leaving us waiting and hoping for 9 hours straight. Unhelpful staff & if i’m being completely honest after reading other reviews on here i’m surprised they’re still able to run as a company. Would NOT recommend unless you enjoy being left at roadside for hours on end.

It was suggested we use this company after a breakdown on a busy, unlit road. The RAC let us down and were quoting a 4-6 hour wait so the police decided it was too dangerous and called them on our behalf. The recovery driver was pleasant and helpful but after that every part of the procedure once it arrived at the Langley site was difficult, expensive and stressful. The initial tow away charge was £150 but they added an extra £120 storage charge. As the car was immobile we needed a tow truck to get it to an automotive engineer - they quoted an extra £250 and could not guarantee a date/ time for It to be done. We declined and found a cheaper alternative but when our driver arrived they declared it’d need a fork lift to get it on their truck and added another £75 on top. This had to be paid before they would release the car. So, after VAT, over £350 before it got moved and prior to, what is probably going to be a very expensive repair bill.
All the way through these proceedings the staff were rude and unhelpful. Maybe they are used to drivers who have had their cars towed away following an arrest but no one deserves lack of courtesy during a very traumatic experience.
In future, I’d prefer to take my chances and wait on a busy road for a real, helpful breakdown service.

They recovered my van after an accident on the a3 and are marvellous. Really helpful staff. It's well organised and spotlessly clean.
