Avoid like a plaque. Rude unhelpful and thieving. Wasted 1 hour of my day driving there and after not doing anything to my car a guy called Owen demanded a cash in hand payment outside the premises. Do yourselves a favour and find a proper Mercedes specialist. There are a lot of genuine mechanics around.

On the face of it. these look like a great option other than getting stung by the main agent for not much more than an oil change, the main agent quotes £550 for the B1 service, The Merc Medics quote £295 for a rough price on their web site. However without and phone call or indication from the service advisor (Who I mentioned the price disparity to when dropping the car off), when I collected the car, the price was over £600. I highlighted this to the service agent and all he could say was 'everything had gone up'. It beggars belief that the price has gone up by 100% and they didn't have the curtesy to mention this when dropping the car off. Admittedly, he did take an hours labour off but it is still nearly twice the advertised price. I don't think I will be a regular client.

After having quite a few issues with my CLK430 the Merc Medics came to the rescue. I thought I knew quite a bit about my car, but after some issues Duncan was able to rapidly fix it. And save me a tone of time and money. Can’t rate them enough.

Purchased a car very recently and went to this garage as the coolant light had turned on. These guys did a diagnostic for me free of charge and identified a number of issues with the car. Professional and first class garage! Trustworthy and would definitely recommend to others!

Had my car done here would not recommend to anyone. Recieved the car back making odd noises with work carried out that was not needed and overcharged. Also was told would have issue resolved but nothing avoid!

Used these guys for years. Recommended to me by a body shop. NEVER had a problem with them. Great service, honest, friendly, professional, cannot fault them.
