Purchasing a used car is always something fraught with anxiety and low expectations in my experience, but I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service here.
The sales manager, Grahame, was professional, honest and fair, and I didn't feel pressured or blagged-to in any way. I left a happy customer, and the car is still going as well which is always a bonus.

After having a nightmare flat on the way to a family meal, I quickly pulled in to Harts of Honiton. Dan and Dale couldn't do enough to help, they located a specialist tire, fitted it and rebalanced the wheel the following day. They also lent me a courtesy car to get to the meal on time. Dale even stayed open for an hour after closing as traffic was so bad when coming to collect the car. Friendly service and happy to go the extra mile (yes, that is a pun) Would recommend.

Very friendly informative helpful staff. Problem with pothole damaged front wheel. Quickly ordered a new front wheel with attached new tyre and young skilled mechanic came out to our house 12 miles away and refitted the wheel. Really cheered me up as well seeing such excellent service from a main dealer.

Talk about car buying made easy and I had a car to trade in. Popped down to Harts not expecting to buy something that day, and was met by Nick Robinson whilst viewing the cars on display. I was greeted politely and made to feel welcome instantly. I received no hard sell and was instantly at ease with someone who knew his stuff. What a breath of fresh air. Nick provided me with a very amicable trade in price on my vehicle and I pretty much walked out with a Ford C-Max. Privilege card package on all future servicing and an RAC care package in the bargain. I can't speak highly enough of Nicks service, along with the other sales staff and servicing staff whilst I was there.
