Run by a very welcoming and friendly family. They will do the job as asked and in the best most cost effective way possible. They are friendly towards all customers of any sex, race or religion unlike many other garages. Your car will be looked after and you will only be charged for the parts and work done. They don't scam you and claim that more things are wrong with your car just to get more money like a lot of places do. We travel a long way to use this garage specifically and I know many others do too

Cannot fault the service I received today at Mansell Street Garage. I took my car in after being recovered by the AA, the garage helped me from start to finish. I'm not from London, but couldn't believe how professional and friendly the gentlemen were here. I was kept updated during the time my car was there, and shown exactly what had been done to my car, alongside future maintenance. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

I took my car here for an MOT. Easy to get hold of on the phone and book appointment. The car failed the MOT, but they were able to address the issue and passed on the second attempt, all done within a day and for a much lower price than the dealer charged last year.

True and rare gem. There are not too many places like this business left in the country. Old school - honest and sometimes brutally honest but go extra mile or two to help customers. Maintain clear and efficient communication, no false promises, thorough car examination with a fair pricing policy. Lucky to book my car for a MOT with them. Really amazing little garage in the heart of Tower Hamlets. Honest, friendly service. These guys gave me amazing advice on a car I had recently purchased. I ended up returning it and gettimgy money back and purchasing a much more reliable car. Thanks so much.

Really grateful for these guys. Not only did Terry do the service I booked the car in for, but checked for other precautions on car as he knew I was heading off for a long drive the next day.
