All I can say is EXCELLENT!!! Ashford Autos have been a very reliable and trustworthy garage - they were very polite friendly and they put customer service as the most important factor - whatever the issue they simply wanted me to be happy - it is really good that there are great garages like Ashford Auto repairs - they even offered me refreshments while I waited - I cannot thank them enough for the the quality of their work and service. I will definitely using them again and I would highly recommend them!!!!

Ashford Autos were very friendly, very careful when dealing with expensive alloy wheels and happy to hand tighten wheelbolts with torque wrench and spray copper grease on hubs and threads to prevent galvanic corrosion from causing wheels to stick. Used Blackcircles before with a different garage and was not impressed with them. Next time I need tyres I will come back here without question.

Great bunch of guys who work extremely efficiently and very reliable. Always honest in all their work and spot on with their diagnoses. Highly recommended and always very helpful and accommodating.

First time visiting this garage and really glad that I went with Ashford Auto Repairs for my MOT. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with the questions I had regarding my side skirt dent and missing safeguard (for the jacking point).

Dropped off the car the moment they opened and picked up the car at lunch time, they were done within 4 hours. They're super helpful and mentioned that their friend does car bodywork so I'll definitely be going to see them. I had a great experience and feel comfortable that I can rely on the guys working there.

I had emergency situation for my car and only had time in weekend to do it. They accommodated me immediately in emergency situation which was very helpful people in the garage and tried to solve the issues did diagnostic and gave advice on what can be done and also did it while I was waiting there. Up to now I don’t have the issue in the car. Highly recommended.

Needed an emergency repair when my shock absorbers went nearby late Friday afternoon, the guys at Ashford auto repairs were able to look at it that evening, order the parts and have it repaired by Saturday morning allowing us to continue our travels. Incredible service, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Had my MOT done here today and was hugely impressed. As a woman it can be nerve wracking going to a garage and there's always the worry that they'll try and rip you off, but my experience at Ashford Auto Repairs couldn't have been any different. They're friendly, polite and accommodating and immediately put me at ease when I arrived. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.
