Booked a full suspension check two weeks ago , went there the day Had a simple check instead and and for free. Guess they simply won't charge me unnecessarily.
Last week booked a hy-carbon engine clean. Feel the improvement from the first second and first gear STRAIGHT AWAY . I never imagined that my car can perform like that. They just got a lifetime customer !

Needed my heater control valve replacing and after being let down by a "Ford specialist" I contacted Chris and the team after a Google search and they got back to me straight away and did a great job. Very comprehensive range of services offered. 5 stars.

Had a few problems with my car engine light and glow plug light - fit me in quickly and younger gentleman on desk was lovely and friendly and got everything sorted for me every-time i went back

Very good Place. I had an issue with the exhaust. Was fixing very fast and very cheap. Fully recommend.

Worthy of 2 stars as the mangers friendly the mechanics have not a clue what there talking about when it comes to cars and to say the work is over priced is an understatement cheaper to buy a brand new car

Bought my car here as a last resort as it has a manufacturing fault. Obviously they couldn't help . Which is fine. Just think the man on the desk could have been a bit more customer focused. He stoid behind the desk conversing with a couple of ladies who are obviously regulars. I told him i came for my dead on arrival car. He just got the keys and blindly stuck his hand out to me. No goodbye no reason my car can't be fixed. I just walked out got the car which was parked dangerously, as if i wasn't already stressed at the fact im stuck with a car i can't drive. Not their fault. But just think his attitude was " if you ain't paying us 3 grand for a new engine, you ain't worth me speaking to. Not a problem. Just think he needs to work on his attitude. I doubt he even remember me, cause he never wven looked at me when he passed the keys.

Quoted over £1000 by BMW for servicing and maintenance Dunstall Park did for half the price with friendlier more professional service and appointments available sooner (Kwik Fit price was £880). All BMW approved too, I’ll be returning - thank you.
