Contacted Ben when our VW Polo wouldn’t start, was dead on the drive way. Firstly Ben was able to recommend a local firm to recover back to his garage which was a great help.
Once with Ben he quickly found out the fault. He discussed our options and the potential cost to carry out the repair to make sure we would be happy to continue.

When agreed Ben cracked on and did a great job. Car was up and running in no time and even got some progress pics along the way.

Two days ago my car broke down at work, so I contacted this garage and Ben they immediately responded collected my car from work place and fixed it in the same day! Even though they were fully booked! I'm gonna be a new regular customer at this garage! Top score!

I contacted Ben on social media and got an almost instant response, my car was due an MOT and he got it booked in very quickly, they collected my car from my home (which is great) at 8am, and it was completed and back to me by 2:30pm. Very efficient thank you

Initially booked my Honda Civic i-CTDi '09 in for a full service, a new set of rear tyres and an MOT Test. I was assuming the car would do well on the MOT. Ben got it tested and did not hesitate to call me up and report a number of failures and advisories. To fix the failures alone was going to be expensive, as well as that, Ben also reported an issue that kind of makes doing a full service impossible (botched job on a previous repair effort since before I owned the vehicle - he did suggest a work around if I really wanted an oil change, but it would be more time/money) and provided detailed advice on what could be done regarding the service. Mainly he wanted to check that I still wanted to pay for a service when I had such an expensive MOT to deal with! I decided not to proceed with the service and very much appreciate being given the opportunity to back out of it like this.

I could have arranged pick up if wanted, but I live less than a 5 minute walk from BS Autos, so I dropped the car off at their unit the night before - they have a hole in the door for posting keys through, so that's an option too if that's more convenient. By 16:00 on the day I booked it for, all work was complete and the car was ready to go! BS Autos provide an efficient and professional service - on top of that, they are very friendly and welcoming!

My partner has a VW Polo with a misfiring engine, an MOT due next month and we will definitely be sending it to BS Autos soon!

Strongly reccomend BS Autos and Diagnostics. I had an emergency and needed a mobile mechanic to recover by car and check what is wrong. They came in within 1h. Provided amazing service and fixed my car the same day. I will be using them in the future for sure.

Can’t rate BS Autos highly enough, Ben was incredibly helpful and friendly, fitted my car in around other jobs so that I could have it back as quickly as possible - and at a super busy time of year (end of the Christmas holidays).
He responded promptly, only promised what he could deliver, was competitively priced and even picked me up from the station to come and collect my car when it was done: best mechanic ever!

I can't praise Ben and his team more. Not only does he get to the source of the problem, but it is fixed and the vehicle back on the road quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.

Not only that but Ben has gone above and beyond what was asked insuring that my vehicles were taken back to their test centres, so that they were returned to me ready to go.

An outstanding service from start to finish. Following a holiday in Scotland our gearbox failed. The team at BS Autos and Diagnostics collected the van and kept in regular contact with us to determine the issue and the steps that will be required. The Van also needed an MOT which involved a variety of different parts and work. We cannot fault the service or the communication which was first class from the initial discussion to the final drop off. We are now very happily driving our van and planning the next holiday. We also have faith we have found ourselves a new garage to look after our Van moving forward. We could not recommend this company high enough.
