Absolutely useless. From start to finish the service here has been apolling. First of all they kept estimating dates and then pushing it back 3 weeks every time. Eventually my car was ready when picking up they never advised me that I had to pay them the excess before I can get the car. Which they lied to my face saying the told my partner the day before which they never as they don’t have her number. Got the car and they polished it and left residue everywhere. Left trims insecure which I had to secure back on. The boot panel hasn’t even been polished and has a rough surface. Never even noticed the handbrake wasn’t working and the rudeness of the staff on the phone is disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After reading the reviews on here I was a bit reluctant to use bodywyse. However my experience was really positive, I found the staff to be really polite and helpful. All work was completed on time and my car was even cleaned down (something that doesn’t happen very often these days).

When I went to pick up my car it did have a scratch on it that wasn’t present when I dropped it off. My car was in their car park and could have been a 3rd party that caused the damage. After a quick chat they offered to repair the scratch.

To my surprise when I picked up the car they had not only repaired the damage but actually another scratch that was on the car when I dropped it off.

I don’t often leave reviews but the level of customer service and professionalism I received just isn’t reflected in the reviews below.

Without a doubt I will use them again and recommend my friends and family do the same.

We used bodywyse to correct a poor repair from L&I Eaton in Dunfermline. Very professional and the job they did was to a very high standard. Dealt with Andrew throughout. Would recommend!

From the ladies at the front desk, to the team doing the body work and everyone inbetween, they looked after me from the start, got my car finished quicker than originally stated, the work is flawless and the car looks stunning, you would never know the issue had even been there.

Huge thanks to you all at Cupar, it really meant a lot to me getting it done, smoothly, quickly and flawlessly.

I would 100% recommend this Bodyshop for all your needs.

Thanks again.

Released my vehicle with defective brakes. They took 3 weeks to do a 1 week job. Refused to take my vehicle in unless I relinquished my allowance of a courtesy car. A complete disaster experience. My vehicle remains unsafe and un drivable 5 weeks after it went in for a minor repair. Now I have weeks of complaints investigation to go through. A truly awful experience.

I can't praise these guys enough. From start to finish through what has been a traumatic experience Sandy and his team provided excellent support and knowledge. Every single person I dealt with was patient, kind and supportive. A magnificent professional service. They will be getting future work from me and I will recommend them to anyone. 200 percent. Thanks guys

absolutely rude and useless. took the car before christmas even though they did not have any of the parts to do the repair so waited 5 weeks for our car back. like for like car consisted of a big fanily type car for a toyota aygo, return the car with zero fuel which is fine but never mentioned the courtesy car had to be returned with a certain amount of miles so left them with 100 miles while we got 13 miles back. to top of this atrocious service everytime we called and spoke to the lady on the desk has a complete attitude problem and can tell she was laughing when we were making our complaint. DO NOT USE

ps. if i could give zero stars i would

Was told the vehicle would be repaired by the end of August, then start of September, then end of September, told 29th at the very latest, then found out they had broken the new rear window putting it in, frustrating yes but we waited and were told it would definitely be done by the 6th October and we would be phoned by the 10th. We received no phone call and had to phone them ourselves to be told the car failed quality control, yet apparently was in the paint shop almost a month earlier. This would obviously be frustrating, yet the woman on the phone was obnoxious and arrogant any time we voiced our frustration, still don't have any idea when we are getting our car back so are now having to raise a complaint through our insurance and the motor ombudsman. Took them over a month to even take the car and I'm betting it won't have the full tank of diesel it had when it eventually went in, neither us or our insurance company have ever received any truthful updates on the car unless we've specifically asked about it

Edit: got car back after 4 months, interior not assembled correctly, sun visor mount hanging off, bolt missing for the sun visor/rear view mirror bracket so it all flaps about, lots and lots of interior trim not secured properly as clips broken and they've just not replaced them, pushed everything back together and hoped it didn't fall apart I guess which didn't work. So many bits of trim I have had to try put back together as best as I can myself, also exterior trim that just fell off that I've had to replace. Utter shambles of a bodyshop, honestly the worst experience of any place I've ever seen
