Fantastic service. I had my Vauxhall Insignia’s clutch replaced with these great mechanics and i definitely recommend them. They did it fast, kept me informed and their work has been very professional. They charged me a reasonable price snd everyone was very friendly. I will surely use them again in the future. Absolutely 5 stars!

Excellent service from Mr Clutch Cardiff, the wife's qashqai was dropped off for a new clutch this morning and was ready to collect at 2pm.

I've been going to Mr Clutch for years. Always helpful, a great service and reasonable prices.

I called in an emergency as I broke down 320m away from them. They were very friendly.
They towed my van to the garage, where is stayed for over a week. They failed to find the problem, they kept telling me they'd get a specialist in, then failed to do so - after I'd spend days chasing they turned around and said actually they weren't going to call someone in as it would be too expensive for them. They gave the same reason for not trying to change other parts, 'in case it didn't work'. They were very vague and just made lots of excuses every time I called and promised to have it sorted the next day every time, which it never was.
Eventually they agreed to transfer it to a garage who was actually able to fix my van. The whole experience cost me £80, ignoring the wages I lost.
I left a 2 star review about two weeks after this experience, with no written component and received a call from the garage this morning asking about my 'complaint'. This isn't a complaint, it's a review. Complaining was what I was doing when you had my van and were messing me around. This review is an appraisal of the service I received for the purpose of informing other potential customers about my personal experience. From reading other reviews, it would seem that this is a good place to get your clutch replaced, but not if you want any other work done. I made my opinion clear while I was dealing with you, don't call me to harass me about a bad review.

Locally as we drove down from Carmarthen the price for a new clutch was nearly £1000, Mr Clutch work force were friendly and professional, got our Dacia Logan there before 9am as advised, total price £405. Team amazed that the car 🚗 has done nearly 170,000 miles. Serviced regularly 7 years old, going like a dream 🦉Thanks guys, we will be back 👍

Took the car to Cardiff Branch and received superb service for an excellent price. Job was done quickly and all the staff were friendly and professional. Enjoyed chatting about cricket with the boss too. Highly recommend.

Called up saying I needed a new clutch installed, they said they could do it next day. Brought it in at 9 in the morning and it was done by 1.30. Repairs were perfect and they even solved another problem for me that would have cost me in the long run. Friendly guys at the garage and super reasonable pricing. Cheers lads
