Been using these guys for a couple of years now and Mike and his team never seem to fail!
They are super friendly and have great communication in regards to any work that needs doing, pricing and how long my car will be with them.
My car is always well look after whilst in their care and it’s comforting driving away knowing that they will always put a 100% into making sure my car stays safe and road worthy!!! 🚘🚘

Booked my car in for a full service. I provided the parts as i planned on doing it myself. Anyway, quoted a good price and carried the work out within a few hours. Also washed the car after. Guys working there are great.

10000 Miles Later, i put it in for another full service. Great Job. Even washed the car and hoovered inside. A bit embarrassing as it was a dive with the kids toys, clothes and crumbs in the back.

I called them at 4pm hoping to get a slot for aircon re-gas and they accommodated me. By 4:25 my vehicle was plugged into their machine and good as new by 5:15.
Their Technician explained the procedure in detail and they were all very helpful indeed! I will recommend them to anyone.

Booked car in to inspect turbo, service and fix my handbrake and basically car was sitting there all day didn’t bother with it waste of time completely!!!! Sound guys but wasted my time as car was there all day like 8 hours

Our car a 2008 Vauxhall Zafira needed an MOT, two new tyres, all brake discs, brake pads and a brake caliper replaced,(We knew all this before the MOT). The team at Ms Autos did all this work for us within two days and the final price was very good. The service I received when dropping the car off and picking it up was great. The facilities were large and seemed well equipped. Could not fault them.

Took my car here for MOT back in March and have been back since with other issues. Very happy with the service offered, knowledgeable and helpful team with very reasonable prices. Will always use MS Autos and have recommended to others. 👍

Took my car in for some work a couple times - both times they couldnt fix the problem and the second time I did a basic fix i saw on youtube and it worked fine - and had ever since. I then took my car in to have a new part fitted, only when having the car returned to me in another, different broken state. When inquiring about the warantee for the product, the staff member at the desk gave lots of resistance and insisted i simply 'trust him' that my parts and labour had coverage. All in all my experience with MS autos is poor, both the Nantgarw and Pontypridd shops have been very unhospitable.
