Prime Vehicle Recovery And Repairs

First used them in an emergency situation when my car broke down on the motorway at peak rush hour time on a Friday afternoon! They were the only company in Newport & SE Wales who were able to recover me and my car back home at such short notice. The recovery driver arrived much faster than expected and was very friendly and once my car was at the garage even offered me a lift home at no expense to myself. They diagnosed my car with a complete failure of the slave cylinder and had it fixed the very next day! Great customer service, decent prices and an overall great experience despite it being a stressful time due to having a broken down vehicle, now my go to place for future servicing and repairs!

Absolutely amazing service, my brakes were locked on, on the side of the road.
Came and recovered me wishing the hour and replaced my brake calliper and pads and had my car back to me within 3 hours and at a very reasonable price.

The WORSE company I have ever seen in my life, even if
we can call it a company! I took my car there they charge
me for a diagnosis kept my car for 2 days and did nothing
just made inside my car dirty and the owner rudely said I
don't know what's wrong with your car take it somewhere
else .Unprofessional staff, I do not recommend it at all
because you will lose your money and time. Thank you!

The clutch went on our citroen picasso and prime did a wonderful replacement within original quote they went above and beyond to get it completed suoer quick really apriciated and would highly recommend really great honest garage.

Used for cambelt water pump, full service & mot & received excellent service from booking through to completion. Communication was great & car returned to my home address when the job took longer than expected (only due to failed mot) Would recommend

Excellent service from incredibly helpful staff, couldn't fault them. Towed my car away recently from Bristol and did a clutch replacement for a great price, completed the work and had it back for me all within the same day. They have also been really helpful with car advice for me since. A brilliant company.

Clutch clip broke (luckily when parked) and Mike was out and temporarily fixed the problem within an hour! Couldn't be happier to be back on the road, even booked it in for repair the same week. Great man and service
