After a clear and concise estimate the car was booked In. The parts were ordered in advance and my car was repaired the same day... a seamless process from start to finish. Thank you to all of the team that dealt with me, you are a credit to the IRG brand.

I am very satisfied with the support and the work that was carried out on my vehicle by IRG Bridgend. The staff were very friendly and the work was completed very quickly. I was able to keep track on my vehicle through every step by using the handy tracking system. The receptionist Nicola was very helpful with every query I had. Thank you all very much.

They were absolutely brilliant. They took care of my audi and removed all traces of the damage. Nicola in reception was also first class. Hopefully i will not have to have any more damage repaired but if i do then i would not go anywhere else. I can see why the are an Audi approved repairer

BMW M Sport Repair.
I dropped the car off at short notice after a lady reversed into my door, looking very sorry for itself. A week later, I had the car back looking as good as new after asking them to paint a few extra bits while it was in. Very impressed with the quality of the work carried out and the service from the company in general. Good to find a quality paint shop!

Contacts were always available to talk on the telephone to advise the plan and the progress in achieving it (which they did).
The work performed was quite exceptional - absolutely first class. I was delighted when the engineer showed me the car.

Excellent service, the staff couldn't have done more in getting our car back to us in superb condition. After 6 weeks of turmoil at the Swansea branch, we have our car back looking like new. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I unfortunately had someone drive into the side of me while I was parked up in my vehicle at one of the worst times possible, and they handled what was a stressful situation with class, ensuring everything was done in good time and to a very high standard. Couldn’t recommend enough!
