On holiday locally and my clutch went.
Very promptly this garage fixed it and I was able to get home on time for work.

Not only that but then when 1hr 30mins away where I live and my clutch had issues I called and the owner got my car back and fixed it and then drive it back to me. What a service!!! Customer service is what this place is about. Thank you.

Excellent service & people. Will go the extra mile if needed & good communication. They have got me out of trouble & back on the road many times. Cannot fault their commitment. Keep up the good work & no doubt will visit again, not wishing for my car to breakdown any time soon.

I called them first thing on a Saturday morning as I was visiting the airport having travelled a long way to drop a relative off. During this time I noticed an issue with my car.

They immediately said to pop over, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a courtesy car and said they would phone when the work was done. My son and I spent the day at the local aeronautics museum, returned to the garage and all the work had been above and beyond my expectations at an incredibly reasonable price for parts and labour.

A great local garage in Rhoose that gives a great service & value for money. You never feel like you are getting ripped off - Jason the owner is a good honest & trustworthy guy. If he says something needs doing to my car I trust what he says. Always done on time and nice friendly staff throughout the Garage - well done.

Brilliant service! Away visiting relatives and wheel bearing went. VGS got squeezed me in and fixed within days. Kept me well informed and despite the short notice, pleasantly surprised by the bill. I would say they didnt capitalise on my situation, but more than that, they provided exceptional value and charged minimal labour despite turning my job around so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommend!
