Viewing the car was nice and easy, with a no-pressure environment. They're very knowledgeable and clearly enthusiasts which is good.

After I decided to purchase the car they gave it a full health check and replaced anything that needed replacing, and kept me updated on the progress. They were even kind enough to open up over the easter weekend so I could collect the car.

Fair play I’ve used RSV Automotive twice within recent months. Firstly to service my BMW M140i, and secondly to sell my M140i. The service was completed and RSV have the BMW software to ensure your vehicle details are updated and stored correctly. I phoned to ask for email confirmation as I decided to sell my car and I like a paper trail of documents, this was sent instantly and not only that but they wanted to buy my m140i from me! The price they offered was both competitive and fair, the system was stress free and instant! All the staff that I dealt with on both occasions were both helpful and knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to use RSV Automotive and will definitely be using them again!

I was recently on the search for a very specifically spec'd M140i shadow edition and I came across the one I eventually bought on AutoTrader before messaging the Facebook page. Meg answered almost immediately with the necessary information and upon asking for a video presentation of the car she forwarded my number on to Josh, who then sent the video to me on WhatsApp. From this moment on, the sales experience went to 11! I can honestly say it is the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have ever done.

We were in regular contact about all aspects of the deal. Because I was travelling from County Durham I decided to get the train down for collection and he was even so kind as to pick us up from Shotton train station in his M4! Will 100% be back in the future for either an upgrade or when my partner inevitably gets the itch and wants one for herself!

I bought a M4 Competition from RSV and dealt with Josh and it was such an easy buying experience. Dealt with Josh directly via WhatsApp and he even arranged last minute on a Friday to stay behind late after we decided to collect the car before the weekend. Car is immaculate inside and out and runs like an M car should! Will definitely be bringing the M4 back to be looked after the team at RSV and keeping an eye out for a car for the Mrs!

I used RSV for a major service on a BMW M140i after seeing the recommendations on multiple forum groups. The service was excellent, the price was competitive and the service was all done very efficiently whilst I waited. It was considerably cheaper than a BMW main dealer, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable with outstanding customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of RSV and I will be using them for all my servicing and maintenance going forwards.

Excellent service and quite a bit cheaper than the main BMW dealerships. Will use them for both our cars. They even stopped a rattle and didn't know they had, as they couldn't find the rattle.
