Mitchell's Garage

Mitchells checked a tyre on my car on the spot which was a bit worn , they advised me it was legal and i could wait a bit longer to replace it. Given the milage I do i asked for a quote and to see when they could do it. it was very reasonable just over £50 for tyre and fitting they fitted me in later that day. Very trustworthy and I would say good choice for lady drivers like myself.

They have taken their eye off the ball. We have used this garage for many years but lately it has gone down drastically.. Dennis has been rude and condescending on more than one occasion (totally uncalled for.) The garage is beginning to resemble a bomb site. How mechanics can get away with smoking in the workshop with all the flammable substances around is beyond me. The smell of second hand smoke in the reception area is overwhelming. What a shame I have felt the need to write a poor review. Mitch is always friendly and polite but he really needs to cast a fresh eye over the garage and see how it might look to customers. Dennis is doing no favours by talking down to customers. Maybe this can be used as constructive criticism.

Fantastic team, so helpful and friendly. Repaired the fault at a very reasonable cost, and delivered my car back to me. Greatly appreciated, as I struggle with mobility due to ilnness. Would highly recommend Mitchells

Very friendly, great with my elderly mum and very trustworthy. They pointed out only one tyre needed changing as my mum was expecting all four would need to be replaced at the same time. Definitely recommend and will be going back for all the family car tyres moving forward.

Omg! Just the absolute nicest and most genuine group of people, every single person I have spoken too and dealt with has been so lovely!! I came in having a complete meltdown over my car because I had a quote for £1400 to fix it elsewhere, they stayed past their closing time to check it out and gave me a quote for a third of the price to get everything sorted!!! They were totally honest about everything, like how long I had to get it sorted etc and gave me a complete breakdown of the costs and labour. Plus they got the work I needed doing done in a day! I’ll never go anywhere else, I am so so grateful for everyone there!! :)
