Broke down in Llangrannog. Got picked up this morning to be taken to Aberystwyth. A1 service. Recovery driver a credit to his company. Thanks for all your help

following my glass being stuck in the door and unable to lock my vehicle my breakdown service used these guys .
Firstly a call to double check the situation with me, The lady was polite and professional arranging immediate help
arriving sooner than the anticipated given time the mechanic
This man a true gentleman arrived kind and polite, he did his very best to help rather than a quick fix and be away he truly helped me and gave me advice for afterwards.
we will use this garage for all our car needs now based upon such excellent service and care

Absolutely brilliant service, I was miles from home when my van developed a fault, my vehicle was recovered by the Penllain recovery service vehicle (along with me in the cab) and we were taken to the Penllain garage workshop which was modern and well equipped with a nice waiting area. Although they were busy my van was dealt with as a priority and within half an hour of arriving at the garage my vehicle was fully repaired and I was back on the road again!! All the staff I met were really nice and I cant fault a thing, what was a total nightmare for me was all resolved swiftly and efficiently by Penllain garage.
