These guys are brilliant, very trust worthy, they gave me a price for the works to be done for my mot, when I then collected the car it was actually cheaper than quoted as the parts they ordered were cheaper than what they said they were going to be, didn't have to do that and could of quite easily charged me quote price and I would of been none the wiser, top blokes top mechanics, hats off to you chapel Street motors

Really pleased with the prompt service I received today.
Called in on the off and explained what the problem was.
They kept the car and I had it back within 6hrs all repaired,and at a fair price too.
They even showed me the parts they had taken off that were causing the problem.
I've never used this garage before. I went there from reading the reviews,and I can honestly say they are genuinely nice guys and not out to rip you off as some do.
I will 100% be using them again.

What can I say apart from absolutely amazing. I called them this afternoon asking if they could take a look at my car for a possible suspension issue, and they advised they were mega busy but would take a look later at 4pm. I went there expecting the worse, but after they looked at it found no fault, my fears were allayed. Reading this may think that so what or who cares, but the thing for me is that there was no charge for taking a look. That right there is the gold standard. Finding an honest garage that actually cares for the customer and is honest with what they tell you, goes a long long way in my book. Well Chapel Street motors, you got a customer for life now 👍🏻🏆 thank you so much

Very good service and customer care. Very friendly and calm atmosphere, they were very informant and took great care to get you involved with the process of what has gone wrong on the vehicle and the solution. They came across very honest and not trying to pull a fast one over you. I feel that they are trustworthy, and we really need that in these days.
