SAS, have been taking care of my RS4, since the warranty expired, they also look after my father's Mercedes. Performing, major and minor servicing on both vehicles, plus any additional work that has been required. My father and myself, are more than happy with Shaun's advice, level of knowledge and the quality of the overall service we receive.

Exceptional service given. My son recommended Shaun to me when he had his RS3 and I had no hesitation in asking Shaun for his help with my car. Right form the first phone call Karen was very helpful, genuine and professional and arranged everything for my car to be repaired, serviced and air-con re-gassed and even for my car to be picked up and returned. Great communication too with all prices and details explained and agreed before any work started. Shaun’s a professional. I had suspension problem, Shaun quickly found that the rear subframe had cracked, this ment the car was unsafe.
Advised me to contact Mercedes as it was a known problem. Mercedes replaced the subframe FOC
