Said he'd be there at 10am. I waited until 10.45 and left. No phone call to let me know he was going to be late and no phone call to explain or rebook. Going elsewhere from now on

Call themselves "Audi & VW Specialist" but couldn't replace a basic part on a car. Then called my elderly father up being abusive and blaming the car. No! You are a poor excuse for a mechanic! And clearly have little to no knowledge. The car was taken to a normal garage who fixed it in half the time and for half the price. Calling yourself a Specialist doesn't make you one!, And being abusive to a pensioner is just Disgusting!

If you want to pay extortionate rates to an inexperienced bully, who will blame an inanimate object for his poor workmanship then, give you abuse for him wasting your time and money, this is definitely the place for you 👍
