i stood there next the car in the cold for 30 min it did not even let me log in to my app... i reset the password and the app still did not open and i tried to call the helpline but no one picked up in those 30 min.... i then had to go home and as soon as i went home the app automatically logged in.... trust me there no was error on my part.
