I love using Co Cars! It is a fantastic business run by really lovely people. It's such a joy to drive a really nice car when I need one and then to give it back at the end of my trip! Highly recommended.

I love the service but with many different models or car it would be great if there were more detailed instructions available. I was trying to follow instructions from the pages in glove compartment and they were referring me to buttons that didn't exist. Please can each car have a photo step by step for each car and each charging point. If the charging cable needs yanking hard please say so!

We've been Co Cars members for years. It's great to have the flexibility to be able to use a car or van whenever we need to without the expense of owning a car ourselves, or the hassle, stress and expense of traditional car hire when we often just need a car for a short period. The fleet of cars are all well maintained and almost exclusively electric or hybrid. The electric cars particularly are a pleasure to drive. Being Co Cars members makes it easy to live without owning a car, and offers great value compared with running one ourselves.

An easy to use and convenient car membership scheme. Co-cars has friendly excellent customer service/support. Would highly recommend if you are occasionally looking for a way to get access to a car for short periods of time. I was not using my second car so much so replaced it with membership of co-cars.

I enjoyed driving the VW id3. The process of collecting the car and returning it was simple and the vehicle itself is easy to drive. The problems I faced, driving to East Anglia and back, were all in connection with the poor lack of charging facilities in this country at the present moment, not Co-Cars responsibility! Many thanks!

A great service. Living in the city, I was mostly cycling and only occasionally using my car, so CoCars meant I could give it up. Great to have latest models maintained for you, I love the electric ones. I have had a few technical problems, but the 24 hour helpline is brilliant.

I'm a huge fan of Co Cars. They are super easy to book, generally clean and reliable with plenty of petrol in the tank. Whenever I've had a problem, Co Cars have been quick and efficient at sorting it out. On my most recent trip, I hired the Co Car on Polsloe Road (Exeter) for a week, and had a fabulous time exploring Cornwall. Being a member of Co Cars is so much easier than owning my own car!
