Excellent customer service and good communication. I phoned them yesterday at 3pm and they were very helpful. Asked me to bring the car and stereo to them. They installed my double din Sony unit and fitted a DAB aerial in my car the same day (by 5.15pm), fast turnaround. Very professional and highly recommended.

The customer service I received from In car Music was excellent. They took their time to explain everything to me in great detail. The stereo fitted in my Seat Ibiza was perfect. I am absolutely in love with it. I would highly recommend.

Aaron walked me through the settings of my new software which was very helpful and informative. My new head unit, reverse camera and dash-cam package works seamlessly and is a big upgrade which I'm extremely pleased with.

Hands down one of the most impressive after market mods-store I've been to. I did my homework, went to different stores, checked estimates, reviews etc. and this place ticked all the boxes. Went in with a list of upgrades and installations I wanted, paid a deposit and got the work done within the week. Now my run-around beat-up car is basically a space ship in comparison to its former self. I'll definitely be back, I'm genuinely impressed.

Also their after sales is amazing so far, hopefully they keep it up. I'll be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Super happy with customer service. On Saturday came to a shop to buy extra leads for a radio. Guys where very informative and helpful.

I thought it would not hurt if maybe I will ask if they could install new aftermarket radio to my Saab as I have it in my car boot and they said yeah no worries we can do it for you today and after 2 hours they got me sorted! Everything works as it should be and price vise they are the best as it definitely didn't make any holes in my valet.

Visited these guys for a new radio system for my Toyota Auris. I was advised and given the various options available. In the end had a new radio system with reverse camera dab apple car play and navigation fitted. All went superb from the beginning to the end.
