I’ve just had an audio upgrade at SMK and was so impressed by the service. Excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Was very impressed with the fact they sanitised my car with a special fogging machine prior to collection giving me great confidence in these challenging times.

I recently had full sound deadening done to the doors and the SMK guys have done a thorough and fantastic job. I'm really impressed!
They were clear on the work that was conducted, providing updates and answered all of my questions.
Also, their after sales service has also been great!

Got a Ghost and tracker on my Audi S5. Awesome customer service from these guys. Explained everything to me about the different products they had. Got me as a customer for life. Nice friendly staff not like caraudiosecurity in hayes who are miserable and stuck up, they offer no help at all. Keep it up SMK , would give u 1000 stars if I could.
