JBL headphones failed so contacted Fullers and was told I had two year guarantee (i didn't know) posted them off and got a new pair next day, brilliant. Very polite and friendly people thank you.

I sent device to repair. Soft didn't start. They offered repair for 220 pounds ? I resigned.
I sent the radio to service Kenwood in Poland. I paid 80...
I check the bill and the part which was changed cost 50f. yes it was memory in my radio.
I understand that soldering a small part on the radio costs 180 pounds ?
I don't recommend. they raven on human lack of knowledge and calling astronomical prices for repairs.

Disgusting customer service and did not fix my Radio, Sent my radio to be fixed had a quote of £240 authorised the repair had my radio back a week later plugged it in same fault, sent it back a second time with the wiring loom, was told nothing wrong with the radio had it back 3 weeks later plugged it back in to the car same fault looked at my loom parts had been swooped, phoned them up to ask why and why my radio still did not work after 2 attempts, spoke with a very rood man that refused to give me a refund and denied swoping parts on my loom despite photographic evidence that shows a different part number on the loom to the one I sent ? after them having my radio for over a months me paying £40 in postage sending it there twice and paying them £240 so spent £280 and my radio still doesn’t work, I would avoid this company at all cost,

It has now been 3 months since I sent my car stereo for repair all they have confirmed is my stereo is lost. No apology one offer was to give me the money back for the repair and I can spend it as I see fit. I have now been told to get legal advice and all I wanted was my stereo repairing. WHAT A JOKE

Referred to Fullers by Kenwood after a firmware update failed and "bricked" my head unit.

Good advice by phone, posted in special delivery for an advised 7-10 days turn around.
Phone call from Bob next day to say not only was it there, it was fixed and ready for return.

Unit back with me the following day and back up and running.

Annoying to have to pay for a repair when installing manufacturer approved software but that's an issue for me to take up with Kenwood... the service from Fullers was fantastic.

Thanks Bob & team.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered parts and 2 of them were faulty (Corroded legs and a known faulty manufacturer)
Returned them at my cost, was then told Kenwood deny any issue with these parts or there has ever been an issue with a model. By LAW i'm entitled to return something for a full refund within 14 days. Extremely rude on the phone and kept hanging up. They do not seem to understand how the law works. I gave them opportunity to refund me and they didn't so I will be taking out a section 75 with my credit card company.
