IMO Car Wash

Washed my car here a few days ago, they scratched my car, ruined my reversing camera (I’m still trying to determine how) and also the car wasn’t even clean?
I did go back to speak with them reasonably and was fully told that I am making it up. Horrendous service and I spoke to who I assume was the manager of the place, he couldn’t care less about anything.
So, if you’re after a wash, and you want to go somewhere where they won’t properly clean your car, might scratch it and then provide you with awful customer service, this is the place for you!

And also no, I’m not going to send an email to the phoney customer service email that someone will inevitably put under this review, as it only makes it look like they are doing something but really they just ignore your emails after as well.

Be careful with this member of staff. I pulled up to the car wash and order my wash with another member of staff, and this guy came up and Wouldn't let me order the wash advertised that I wanted. I said I'm talking to the other member of staff and he stood over my window and said I can't have it. Came across as threatening and aggressive straight away so I said can ypu sshh and that is when he got angry saying don't you ever sshh me alright I'm telling you now don't you ever. Didn't scare me one bit, but I wouldn't want him serving someone who is anxious etc who scares easily. The guy wearing the cap was decent and professional and told him toove away. Unfortunately now though I won't be using this place anymore

Used this car wash for a while due to discount from AA breakdown cover. There were few occasions where QR code wouldn't work so member of staff would have to enter discount number manually, everytime with massive fuss. On one occasion my car got dented by jet wash nozzle coming loose and flying off. Person operating jet wash denied all knowledge even though it made a massive bang. Had to go down official complaint route, than CCTV cameras on site were reviewed and I was proved right. Person had no decency to admit his fault and damaging my car. Never came back there again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you don't mind horrible service or your property getting damaged.

I don’t use any other car wash, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I can get my cars washed so quickly it’s a no brainer.

waiting for car to be washed, no problem before with roof rack then today they decided it was an issue so had the trouble to reverse all the way out of car wash as refused to wash my car, all because the queue was big and didn’t want the hassle

Worst experience ever. Unable to pre-wash due to Covid, but were quite happy to charge full price. The car came out looking like a child had attempted to wash it, spot marks all over, plenty of new swirl marks, and an incomplete and poor quality finish. Requested a refund, but the individual in charge refused, blaming Covid for being unable to give a refund? Will not be using again.

Much like another recent reviewer, let down by miserable attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue.
