Eric's Hand Car Wash

This is a good hand car wash place at competitive prices. They do a really good job here. You would not be disappointed if you wash your car here. I use this car wash any time I want to wash and clean my car and service you get here is great.

Terrible job done today. When paying £15 if expect it to be done properly. I'm returning to the 5 minute job of doing my car I found stuff of mine on the ground, carpets with dirt and hair still, ashtray not washed, a mark on the dashstill there that was easily picked off by me, back seats still with dirt and fluff.

There is still bird poo on the glass, still dirt round the window sill, seals not done.

Not happy at all.

The best car wash that I have ever used and I have used many. The silver service is very good value and the gold service leaves your car sparkling from both the inside and out.

Asked for the gold service - £23. I have a dog, back seats fold down - dog is shedding a bit. I use my car for work - interior gets drinks spilled and handprints from disabled clients. Was told my car is "too dirty" - too much work to vacuum the interior. Argued that this is WHY I had brought my car to them - to clean it. Charged me extra. Rushed the job, interior white so really easy to SEE where it needs cleaning. , door handles and fabric interior still not clean. Damaged the material on the back of the seats and interior carpet being roo rough with their vacuum. Had they used a rubber brush it would have come off in one go. without needing to scrub so hard it ripped up the carpet. Cleaner than it was when I took it in, but I could have gone elsewhere and paid for a mini-valet for the same price and had a gleaming interior. Won't be going back.
